The Shelbourne is delighted to welcome Nicole Snozzi, brand ambassador for Laurent Perrier who will host an exclusive showcase of this Champagne marque’s finest creations.

Sabering Into The Weekend
Every Friday at 18:24 the transition from weekday to weekend is marked by a ceremony that touches all the senses. Guests are treated to an exceptional demonstration of skill, our Head Sommelier, Nisea Doddy, opens a bottle of Champagne using the sabrage method.
This unique ritual is available every day for you to try when you purchase a bottle of Champagne from No.27 Bar & Lounge, The Saddle Room or The Horseshoe Bar.
